Role Description
The Business Head will lead Jiifit’s operations and growth strategy, overseeing business performance, service delivery, and team management. This contract role is based on-site in Gurgaon and involves directing day-to-day operations, monitoring key metrics, and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and client satisfaction. The Business Head will develop and execute business plans, manage budgets and P&L;, and build partnerships with hotels, corporate clients, and other stakeholders. The role includes leading cross-functional teams, setting clear goals, implementing quality standards, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The Business Head will also analyze market trends, identify new service opportunities, and support marketing and sales initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and creating a high-performance culture.




- Business strategy and operational management experience, including planning, process optimization, and performance tracking.
- Financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, monitor P&L;, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to build partnerships and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in wellness, hospitality, services, or a similar customer-focused industry is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Gurgaon, with strong organizational skills and comfort in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to identify growth opportunities, drive change, and implement structured business processes.
