Drive KT, shadowing & readiness assessments.
Create & maintain SOPs, process maps & documentation.
Track risks, issues, dependencies & governance reports.
Support go-live, hypercare & BAU handover.

Required Candidate profile

Exp: Min 4–8 years in Process Migration, Transition, GCC, Shared Service or BPO/KPO
PMP, Prince2, Lean Six Sigma preferred
Location: Vikhroli
Qualification: Graduate(Finance/Engineering)
CTC: 12-15lpa
