We are seeking an experienced
Associate Director - Outbound Inside Sales & Growth
to lead a high-performing outbound sales organization focused on driving business growth across an existing merchant portfolio. This leadership role is responsible for owning revenue and GMV growth by improving merchant activation, increasing transaction frequency, accelerating product adoption,



and maximizing customer engagement through strategic outbound sales initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring robust commercial acumen, exceptional leadership capabilities, and extensive experience in managing large-scale inside sales teams within fast-paced, high-volume business environments.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Management
- Own and deliver GMV and revenue targets for the Outbound Inside Sales & Growth function
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies that drive merchant activation, transaction growth, and long-term customer engagement
- Identify growth opportunities across customer segments and implement targeted initiatives to improve business performance
- Monitor key business metrics and take proactive actions to achieve growth objectives

Sales Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing inside sales organization comprising Managers, Team Leaders, and Insi
