Role Description
The Senior Merchandiser role at Pepage is a full-time, in office position based in Madhyamgram. This role involves managing the end-to-end merchandising cycle for school uniforms and accessories, including product planning, assortment selection, and inventory coordination. The Senior Merchandiser will analyze sales trends, customer feedback,



and market data to optimize product offerings and ensure stock availability. Responsibilities include collaborating with production teams, coordinating with school clients on design and specifications, overseeing visual presentation and pricing, and supporting promotional activities. The role also requires monitoring order fulfillment, ensuring quality standards, and leading continuous improvement initiatives in merchandising processes.
