We are hiring for a reputed Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company.

Location: Chandigarh, Haryana

Position: HR Generalist

Experience: 2–5 Years

Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Mandatory)

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
- Employee documentation and HR records management
- Attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Employee engagement and grievance handling
- Performance management support
- HR policy implementation and statutory compliance
- Coordination with plant and corporate teams
- General HR operations and administration

Eligibility:




- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualificationz
- Only candidates with prior Pharma.
- Manufacturing experience will be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹12,642.59 - ₹35,000.00 per month
