Strategic and planning
Core
- Prepare a draft of the annual Continuous Improvement project implementation plan in consultation with the relevant stakeholders.
- Create a project specific implementation plan in line with the annual OPEX plan.
- Analyse bottleneck processes from a business perspective to prioritise initiatives for implementation.
- Work jointly with key stakeholders to identify pros and cons at an operational level and accordingly arrive at a feasible solution for implementation.
- Provide a digital solution in streamlining processes.
- Support the Plant leadership in execution of Plant Operational excellence strategy.
- Participate in Business diagnosis exercise to identify Improvement areas and prioritize high impact Continuous improvement projects for Plant
- Monitor and communicate Plant improvement project status, team attendance, periodically to all stakeholders.
- Project Documentation support to the project teams




- Conduct and participate in regular review meetings with various stakeholders
- Facilitate implementation of Kaizen Mechanisms to drive small incremental improvements across the plant
- Understand the implementation of IIoT and its strategic impact on the processes related to Gel room and HCM
- Key Result Areas
- Works under direct guidance and detailed work instructions, with close monitoring and review from the reporting manager.
- Works under the guidance of reporting manager for continuous system improvement.
