About the Role

BTechTutor is building a complete digital support ecosystem for engineering students in Kerala.

We are looking for a smart, execution-focused Digital Content & Marketing Automation Executive who can turn one strong content idea into a complete multi-platform content and communication system.

This is not a basic social media posting role.

You will work closely with the Founder, SEO Execution Team, Video Editors, Performance Marketing Team, and Sales Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Repurposing

* Convert SEO and student search insights into weekly content plans.

* Turn one core topic into content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

* Identify strong hooks, student pain points, FAQs, and content angles.

* Prepare weekly and monthly content calendars.





* Coordinate with the Founder for expert video content.

* Provide clear content briefs to video editors and designers.

* Ensure every content piece has a clear purpose and CTA.

LinkedIn Content

* Build the Founder’s qualified authority on LinkedIn.

* Write high-quality founder stories, educational insights, thought-leadership posts, and brand-building content.

* Convert the Founder’s experiences, voice notes, videos, and ideas into professional LinkedIn content.

* Manage the content flow for the BTechTutor LinkedIn page.

* Track content performance and improve future content.

WhatsApp Marketing & Automation

* Plan lead nurturing and WhatsApp follow-up sequences.

* Create instant lead response messages.

* Build no-response follow-up flows.

* Plan Day 1, Day 2, Day 3 and longer nurturing sequences.

* Create course-specific WhatsApp communication journeys.

* Plan reminder, testimonial, educational, urg
