AREUM is a Korean beauty, entertainment, and culture importer entering India with a founder-led team and a market-tested business model. We are at a pivotal stage: the Korea operations are stable and scaling, the India licensing is complete, contracts are signed, and revenue channels are active. The next phase is building the India team from the ground up.

ELIGIBILITY
• MBA graduation from a reputable university is preferred. (Minimum requirement: Graduation from a recognized university)
• 3 to 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, import-export, sales coordination, or business development
• Equivalent hustler experience in early-stage ventures or founder-led teams is valued equally
KEY SKILLS
• Solid business acumen and operational problem-solving
• Proficiency in MS Excel and task management tools
• Working knowledge of import-export and supply chain operations preferred
• Fluent English and Hindi
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Regulatory & CDSCO Documentation. Collect and organize brand documents (INCI, COA, CGMP, CFS, LOA, Apostille). Liaise with Indian regulatory agents. Track registration progress and manage advance alerts for license expiry.
• Legal Document Coordination. Manage contract version control and redline records. Maintain compliance tracking sheet. Coordinate signing process with legal advisors and chartered accountants.
• Sales & Client Management. Serve as the primary point of contact for Indian distributors and retail clients. Handle quotation requests, pricing discussions, PO confirmations, and order follow-ups. Identify and reach out to new B2B clients. Manage repeat business and pipeline.
