We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced DCDP (Conti) to join our team at Regenta Suites By Royal Orchid Hotels Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate daily operations of the hotel's dining room.
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Develop and implement recent menu ideas and recipes to enhance culinary offerings.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Analyze customer feedback and implement changes to improve guest satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a DCDP (Conti) or similar role in the hospitality industry.




- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
