Job Title: Quality Lead / Problem-Solving Expert

Experience:
12–18 Years

Industry Preference:
Semiconductor (Preferred), Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics, Medical Devices, Consumer Products.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-visibility cross-functional problem-solving initiatives.
- Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for complex quality and manufacturing issues.
- Apply structured methodologies such as 8D, A3, and Six Sigma, with proficiency in applying Quality tools for problem-solving.
- Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, customer quality, and corporate teams.
- Coach teams on selecting and using the right problem-solving tools.
- Ensure sustainable corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Experience
- 12–18 years in Quality,



Manufacturing, Reliability, or Operational Excellence.
- Strong expertise in structured problem-solving and root cause analysis.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional investigations.
- Deep knowledge of 8D, A3, Six Sigma, DMAIC, FMEA, Fishbone, and 5 Whys.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Semiconductor industry experience.
- Background in Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Devices, or Electronics manufacturing.
- Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt or ASQ certification.
