Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

malomatia is looking for an experienced Senior AI/ML Developer to lead AI-first software development initiatives and build scalable, production-ready machine learning solutions for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop AI/ML solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Lead AI-assisted software development using tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or similar.
- Build, deploy, and optimize ML models for production environments.
- Establish AI engineering best practices, testing standards, and development workflows.
- Mentor development teams and drive AI adoption across projects.

Must-Have Skills:




- 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in AI/ML.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, XGBoost, LightGBM, or CatBoost.
- Expertise in Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and PySpark/Spark ML.
- Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and contemporary SDLC practices.

Preferred Experience:
- Risk/Fraud Analytics, Decision Intelligence, or Predictive Modeling.
- Feature Engineering, Model Explainability, and MLOps.
- AI-first development methodologies.
