JFPL, PUNE. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand the sales function for our food product portfolio. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing sales strategies, managing key customer relationships, expanding GT, MT and e-commerce distribution networks, and leading the sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's presence across Pune and surrounding markets.
- Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and institutional buyers.
- Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to drive business growth.
- Lead negotiations with key accounts and close high-value business opportunities.

Channel Sales Management
- Develop and manage distributor and dealer networks.




- Expand retail coverage and improve product availability across assigned territories.
- Ensure effective execution of sales plans and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategies to increase market share.

Modern Trade, E-commerce & Quick Commerce
- Manage business relationships with up-to-date trade and quick commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, BigBasket, Swiggy Instamart, and other online marketplaces.
- Drive product listings, promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and sales performance across digital channels.
- Coordinate with platform account managers to maximize visibility and revenue.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
- Set sales targets and monitor individual and team performance.
- Conduct regular market visits and provide coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation
