We're creating engaging live practice sessions where professionals can develop skills like conversation, storytelling, articulation and humor through structured activities, real-world scenarios and AI-powered feedback.

We're looking for someone who wants to help us build this from the ground up.

What You'll Do

You'll work directly with the founder to improve every aspect of the learning experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Design engaging communication activities and practice exercises.
- Create session plans, presentations and learning material.
- Facilitate live online practice sessions.




- Observe participant behaviour and continuously improve the curriculum.
- Research communication, psychology and learning science to create better experiences.
- Help document and improve moderator playbooks.
- Experiment with new learning formats and activities.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation and curriculum development.

No two weeks will look the same.

Who We're Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, creating things from scratch and working in a rapid-moving startup.

You don't need to be an experienced trainer.
