Role Description
The Finance Manager is a full-time, Hybrid role based in Rajasthan, India.

We want someone with a solid finance background — but more importantly, someone genuinely curious about technology and keen to go beyond traditional finance work by learning and implementing AI-driven solutions. Finance is broad, so we're flexible on the specific domain:



prior experience in accounting, reconciliation, reporting, FP&A;, or similar areas is a great foundation. What matters most is a strong interest in the tech side — using automation, AI, and modern tools to make finance smarter, faster, and more insight-driven.

The role also involves implementing process improvements, leveraging technology and automation, and presenting explicit financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Experience in a finance-related area (accounting, reconciliation, reporting, FP&A;, or similar), ideally within a fast-paced, technology-driven, or enterprise environment.
- Comfort working with finance systems and tools — ERP platforms, advanced Excel, and BI/data visualization tools; familiarity with automation and AI-driven analytics is a plus.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and automation, with a willingness to learn and apply new tools.
