Job Purpose




To provide technical support to dealers/customers for Key Accounts & Heavy line products [MG/DZ/Chex] in assigned region. To provide timely solution on technical concerns to ensureup-time & customers’ satisfaction. To drive NPS, Parts and lube business in given area.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting on all technical issues thru THD, support to CPM team for driving solutions.Planning special tools for dealers based on machine population.Help dealers in troubleshooting problems remotely and visit field when complaint is open beyond 48 hours.Developing a capable service team at dealer level to handle HL productsTrain dealers on e-tool usage, telematics and various relevant portals.Manage site support thru site posted engineers.Maintain uptime, MTTR, NPS in given area and achieve revenue targets – Parts, Lubes, service contracts, attachments.Involve in right parts inventory planning at dealer points, and customer sites.Conduct in office training to customer staff.Plan & maintain flo
