Role Description
The Guest Services Coordinator is a full-time,



on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for delivering a welcoming and efficient experience to guests and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities. The coordinator supports guests with check-in and check-out processes, coordinates with internal teams to resolve service requests, and maintains accurate records of guest interactions. The role also involves handling email communication, providing detailed information on services, and ensuring that guest areas remain organized and presentable at all times acting as one point of contact for their seamless experience.
