We're hiring a Project Controls Head to own cost control across our industrial and commercial construction portfolio.

This is a commercial judgement role, not an ERP-entry job. You'll be the independent check on every rupee spent verifying contractor bills against BOQ, approving procurement, and forecasting where a project's finances are actually headed before it's too late to act.

Role & responsibilities
- Independent commercial verification of contractor bills checking measurement, rate, and BOQ/PO compliance before payment
- Cost-to-complete forecasting monthly budget-vs-actual reporting to management
- Vendor comparatives, rate analysis, and PO/WO approval within delegated authority




- Full commercial ownership of our ERP any construction ERP experience is fine; the system itself is learnable in week

Preferred candidate profile
- 8–12 years in QS, billing, or project controls on real construction sites
- Comfortable holding a commercial line — with a contractor, a vendor, or a senior engineer
- Experience owning cost/billing for projects in the 5–50 Cr range
- Construction ERP exposure (Highrise, In4Suite, Farvision, SAP, Zoho, or rigorous Tally+Excel)
