Hiring: Quality Analyst (Sales Process)

Location: Gurgaon
Working Days: 6 Days

Job Responsibilities:
- Audit sales calls and evaluate agent performance.
- Conduct RCA and identify quality gaps.
- Analyze errors using QC tools (Pareto, Fishbone, etc.).
- Calculate Quality Score and Error %.
- Conduct call calibration sessions.
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents.
- Prepare quality reports and coordinate with Operations & Training teams.
