AV Education – empaneled with NSE Academy – is expanding its team We're looking for a driven individual who can help us grow our Investor Awareness Program (IAP) reach across India.
? Role: Business Development & Field Executive
? Type: Full-Time | On-Site (Lucknow)
? Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000/month
? Key Responsibilities:
• Cold calling and lead generation for IAP bookings
• Visiting colleges, corporates & community organizations to pitch and schedule IAP sessions
• Coordinating with trainers and internal team for session logistics
• Preparing post-session reports and maintaining records
• Building and nurturing relationships with partner institutions
✅ Who Should Apply:
• Graduate (any stream) | Freshers welcome
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Self-motivated, field-ready, and target-oriented
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, WhatsApp Business)
• Interest in financial literacy / BFSI sector is a plus
