Core Responsibilities
- Development:
Design and build scalable, enterprise-grade React Single Page Applications (SPAs) and reusable UI components.
- Integration:
Consume REST APIs following API-first principles and collaborate with backend/UX teams.
- Delivery:
Participate in Agile/Scrum and SAFe sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.
- Leadership (For Lead Applicants):
Lead 4–10 engineers, define frontend architecture/standards, and serve as the technical point of contact for global stakeholders.

Strong hands-on expertise in

- Experience Tiers:




- Senior Level:
5–8 years frontend experience (Min 3 years React).
- Lead Level:
10+ years frontend experience (Min 5 years React + 2–4 years team leadership/architecture).
- Execution:
Proven track record with enterprise-scale SPAs and REST API integration.
- Methodology:
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery.
- Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)
- Tools/UI:
Bronson UI, AWS-based applications, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Integrations:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Sales Cloud.
- Environment:
Protected / Agile Release Train (ART), multi-country enterprise platforms.

Financial Services or Automotive.
