About the Role
Arzon Global Labs is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Clinical Data Management team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to clinical research processes, data management, and industry-standard practices. It is an excellent opportunity for graduates aspiring to build a career in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, collect, and validate clinical trial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Perform data cleaning and query management activities.
- Assist in maintaining Case Report Forms (CRFs) and Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems.
- Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with Valuable Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and data quality.
- Prepare reports and support data review activities.
- Collaborate with mentors and team members on ongoing clinical research projects.
Learning Outcomes
- Practical exposure to Clinical Data Management workflows.
- Hands-on experience with clinical trial documentation and data validation.
- Understanding of GCP, CRFs, EDC systems, and clinical research processes.
- Development of analytical thinking, attention to detail, and documentation skills.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or pursuing final year) in:
- Life Sciences
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm)
- Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Nursing
- Clinical Research
- Allied Health Sciences
- Basic understanding of clinical research concepts is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Micros
