Role & responsibilities

1. Develop strategic relationships with enterprise customers and key industry stakeholders.

2. Engage with Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Engineering, Projects, Manufacturing, Infrastructure, Sustainability, Operations, IT, Procurement, and senior leadership teams.

3. Understand customer business objectives, operational challenges, and future infrastructure plans.

4. Identify opportunities where integrated technology solutions can improve operational efficiency, sustainability, occupant experience, compliance, and lifecycle cost.

5. Conduct executive discussions, solution workshops, and value discovery sessions with customer leadership.

6. Position LEAP as a long-term strategic partner for intelligent infrastructure and digital facility transformation.

7. Influence project planning, technical specifications, and investment decisions at an early stage.

8. Develop and execute account growth plans for key enterprise customers.

9. Build relationships that create recurring opportunities across multiple locations and business units.

Represent LEAP at industry forums, professional associations, conferences, and customer engagement programs.

11. Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and enterprise investment priorities to identify current business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong professional network within enterprise organizations, corporate real estate, manufacturing, facility management, infrastructure, or related sectors.

Proven ability to engage confidently with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

l Excellent business communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

l Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify long-term growth opportunities.

l Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

l Ability to translate business challenges into strategic solution opportunities.
