About the Role

Looking for a highly experienced SeniorAccounts & Finance Manager to lead the company's end-to-end accounting,finance, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in D2C,e-commerce, and marketplace accounting with complete ownership of financialoperations and business profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-EndAccounting
- Manage complete accountingoperations from journal entries to finalization of books.
- Maintain General Ledger, Trial Balance, Profit& Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and financialrecords.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financialclosing.
- E-commerce& Marketplace Accounting
- Handleaccounting for Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto,Instamart, and other sales channels.
- Reconcile marketplace settlements and paymentreports.
- Verify commissions, marketplace fees,reimbursements, returns, and claims.
- Monitor COD collections and paymentreconciliations.
- GST,TDS & Taxation
- Prepare and file GSTreturns accurately and on time.




- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and returnfilings.
- Ensure compliance with all statutoryregulations.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and auditors.
- Manage notices and assessments from taxauthorities.
- AccountsPayable & Receivable
- Process vendorinvoices and payments.
- Manage customer receivables and collections.
- Monitor outstanding balances and aging reports.
- Ensure timely vendor and supplier payments.
- Banking& Cash Flow
- Manage bankreconciliations.
- Prepare daily cash flow reports.
- Forecast working capital requirements.
- Monitor fund utilization and optimize cashmanagement.
- FinancialPlanning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financialdashboards.
- Analyze revenue, expenses, gross margins, andprofitability.
- Monitor department-wise budgets and actualspending.
- Support management with financial planning anddecision-making.
- Payroll& Employee Comp
