founders office content creator

This isn't a content job. It's a seat in the Founder's Office.

Skip the hierarchy - you're in the room with the COO from day one. One day you're scripting a founder-led story, the next you're at a new store launch with paint on your hands and a camera still rolling. You shoot it, edit it, post it, read the numbers, do it better next time.

What you'll own:
- Instagram: reels, stories, carousels, presence
- Founder-led content — scripting, directing, editing
- Performance ad creatives + UGC direction and brief-writing
- Making the mundane look like magic





What we need:
- You can shoot, edit, and post solo. No fancy gear, no hand-holding
- Sharp English, sharper instincts, we need you to think on your feet
- Energy that doesn't dip when the shoot goes sideways
- Okay with last-minute travel, anywhere in the country
- You've watched a brand's reel and thought "I'd have done that differently", that's basically the job description

The honest bit:

₹4.2 LPA in hand to start. The work is strenuous and the budget is tight. But perform, and growth here isn't capped, we're looking for someone to build a career with, not fill a seat.
