IT Project Manager

Location: Bengaluru, India (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead cross-functional technology initiatives that support our global EdTech platform.



This role partners closely with US-based business and technology teams to deliver high-impact projects across enterprise applications, product engineering, integrations, and process transformation.

The ideal candidate is an independent leader who can drive projects from initiation through delivery, manage multiple stakeholders, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure successful execution in a hybrid project management environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive project planning, execution, governance, status reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Independently facilitate project meetings, decision-making sessions, and executive updates.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and executive dashboards.
- Identify project risks and dependencies early and drive mitigation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams located across India and the United States.
