Job DescriptionAbout the Role:

We are seeking a agile and experienced Senior Manager - Enterprise Accounts Partnerships to spearhead our recent initiative in Bangalore. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale our enterprise client base and strategic partnerships, driving significant impact in the corporate decarbonisation space. You will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and closing deals with large corporations and industry associations, while also driving the commercial outreach for our creative energy management product, Lumen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage large corporations especially RE100, SBTi signatories, multinationals and their supply chains needing decarbonisation as anchor accounts that bring multiple sites and supplier networks to companies deploying our energy contracts and Lumen at scale. Build relationships at the C-suite and VP level. Own from first outreach to energy delivery.
- Build relationships with CII, FICCI, ASSOCHAM, and sector-specific regional industry associations (textiles, packaging, pharma, real estate)



to offer companies electricity contracts and Lumen to their member base. Design the partnership structure, the go-to-market, and the economics.
- Own commercial outreach for Lumen as a standalone energy management product. Target businesses with existing renewable energy contracts and assets that have no software to track, reconcile, and optimise them. Manage the full sales cycle from demo to close.
- Build tailored savings analyses, commercial proposals, and ROI models for enterprise accounts. The proposal for a group procurement head covering 40 manufacturing plants looks nothing like the one for a sustainability team managing scope 3 targets. Own both.
- Maintain a structured enterprise BD pipeline separate from transactional KAE activity. Define revenue potential, conversion milestones, and strategic value per account. Report weekly to the founding team.
