Looking to hire an Engineering Manager for a Product startup.

*Engineering Lead / Engineering Manager*

We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead/Manager to oversee day-to-day engineering operations, drive project delivery, and help build a high-performing engineering team.

Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.

* Manage sprint planning, execution, and delivery timelines.

* Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to ensure successful project execution.

* Review technical designs, code, and architecture decisions.

* Identify and remove delivery blockers.

* Improve engineering processes, quality, and operational efficiency.

* Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

Requirements

* 7+ years of software engineering experience.

* 1+ years of engineering leadership or team management experience.





* Solid understanding of software development, system design, and cloud technologies.

* Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams.

* Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.

* Ability to balance technical leadership with people and project management.

Nice to Have

* Experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or data-driven products.

* Familiarity with Python, cloud platforms, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of engineering execution, keep teams aligned, and ensure consistent delivery while maintaining high technical standards.

Immediate joiners are preferred. Max Budget will be 38lakhs per annum.
