About the role

The role ensures clear product vision, roadmap ownership, and strong value delivery, translating Genesis objectives into welldefined product outcomes aligned to procurement priorities. This includes shaping product strategy, defining success metrics, prioritising backlogs, and ensuring products are delivered in line with agreed objectives, timelines, and governance standards.

The Product Manager works closely with programme leadership, delivery teams, business stakeholders, and enabling ITD functions to maintain transparency, support informed decisionmaking, and ensure that Genesis products deliver measurable busines
