We are currently seeking an experienced qualified to join our team in the role of
Product Delivery Manager - Custody.
In This Role, You Will
- Project Support: Assist in the coordination and execution of custody product initiatives, tracking progress and supporting the achievement of project milestones.
- Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to collect, document,



and validate business and functional requirements for custody product enhancements and regulatory changes.
- Process Analysis: Analyse existing processes and workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and support the development of efficient solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process maps, test cases, and user guides.
- Testing Support: Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and issue tracking to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Support effective communication between business, technology, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Regulatory Compliance: Help ensure initiatives comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of delivery processes and best practices within the team.
