The Role

We are seeking a
Full-Stack Engineer
to build and support production-grade applications for global healthcare education. In this role, you will own the development of core web applications, design secure APIs, and build internal tooling platforms and admin portals with an emphasis on usability and role-based access controls (RBAC).

You will work as part of a distributed engineering team, collaborating closely with our cross-functional teams and product stakeholders based in the UK.



This role requires an engineer who is highly proactive, thrives in a fast-paced workplace, and excels at cross-border communication. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, secure, and efficient software.

What You’ll Do
- Build:
Develop end-to-end, production-grade features using React, TypeScript, and ASP.NET Core.
- Database Management:
Write, optimize, and troubleshoot complex queries in Azure SQL Server.
- Security & Integration:
Design robust RESTful APIs and implement modern authentication methods (OAuth2, JWT).
- Tooling & Infrastructure:
Build internal admin portals and support deployment pipelines via GitHub Actions and Microsoft Azure services.
- Cross-Border Collaboration:
Work tightly with our team in the UK, participating in distributed standups, planning sessions, and architectural reviews.
