- Skilled in instrument installation, commissioning, application troubleshooting, customer training, assay optimization, and technical support.
- Experienced in handling Bio-Rad D-10, Variant II, Turbo, Evolis, IH-500, PR4100, HPLC, Immunoassay, and PCR systems.
- Expertise in instrument validation, correlation studies, laboratory setup, NABL documentation, and workflow optimization.
- Provided in office and remote customer support, conducted product demonstrations and user training, resolved technical issues, collaborated with sales and service teams, and supported laboratories in clinical diagnostics, blood banking, microbiology, hematology, serology, food testing, environmental testing, and veterinary diagnostics.
