Role Description
The Sales and Application Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for driving technical sales and providing application support for DIRAK India’s enclosure components and panel fittings.



This role involves identifying customer requirements, proposing suitable product solutions, preparing technical and commercial offers, and supporting customers through the entire sales cycle. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to address technical queries, assist in product selection and customization, and provide training or demonstrations to customers and partners. Daily activities include responding to inquiries, delivering presentations, supporting field sales, and maintaining accurate records of opportunities, proposals, and customer feedback. The role also requires staying current on product developments, industry standards, and competitor offerings to effectively position DIRAK India’s solutions in the market.
