Role Description
The Account Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for managing client accounts and supporting the financial and operational aspects of construction projects. This role includes maintaining regular communication with clients, understanding project requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that client expectations are met. The Account Manager will prepare and review invoices, track payments, manage account records, and assist with budgeting and cost monitoring.



Daily tasks also involve resolving account-related issues, preparing reports for management, and supporting business development by identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and expand services.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, handle inquiries, and maintain clear, professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong skills in organizing account information, maintaining accurate records, and monitoring billing, collections, and project-related financial data.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and accounting or ERP software; comfort preparing reports, summaries, and presentations for management review.
- Ability to coordinate with project, site, and procurement teams, aligning account activities with construction timelines and deliverables.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Finance
