Performance Marketer
with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. If you have a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of delivering results for D2C brands and lead generation campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads
.
- Manage end-to-end paid campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, campaign setup, and performance optimization.
- Drive online sales for
D2C brands
and generate high-quality leads for service-based businesses.
- Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining target
ROAS, CPL, CPA, and CAC
.
- Set up and manage
GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences,



and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare actionable reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to improve conversion rates and user journeys.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in
Performance Marketing

- Solid expertise in
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads Manager

- Experience managing campaigns for
D2C brands
and
Lead Generation

- Hands-on experience with
GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads Conversion Tracking

- Strong understanding of
Google Shopping, Search, Performance Max, Meta Advantage+ Shopping
, and Lead Ads.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
