Role Summary

We are looking for a Safety Executive with experience in the Real Estate/Construction industry to ensure compliance with EHS regulations, promote a secure working environment, and implement safety standards across project sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory regulations, and company safety standards.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Carry out toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Monitor work permits, PPE usage, and safe work practices.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions; recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records, reports, and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness drills and safety audits.
- Liaise with contractors and project teams to ensure EHS compliance.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety (preferred).
- 2- 9 years of safety experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure projects.
