We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join our team and lead the development of advanced machine learning models, explainable AI solutions, and AI-powered conversational agents within the Microsoft Azure Data Fabric ecosystem.

Role: Senior Data Scientist – Predictive Analytics & AI Agents (Azure)
✅ What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics.
- Strong domain expertise in Healthcare, Group Insurance, or Benefits Analytics.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Fabric, Fabric Data Science, OneLake, Databricks, Azure ML preferred).




- Experience building AI Agents/Copilots using LLMs (Azure OpenAI preferred).
- Robust understanding of predictive modeling, explainable AI, and forecasting techniques.
