About the Role
Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end and act as the go-to HR partner for the business.

What You'll Do
Own onboarding, induction, confirmations, performance management, etc
Partner with BU leaders on performance discussions and employee concerns
Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
Support workforce planning with function (sales/marketing/content/placement/delivery) heads
Ensure HR governance and policy implementation
Coordinate with central HR team on operations
Track employee productivity and resource allocation
Build solid employee relations and a healthy workplace culture

What We're Looking For
3-4 years HR experience in offline industries (FMCG, Edtech, etc.)
Strong grip on end-to-end employee lifecycle
Proven HRBP exposure and stakeholder management
Sharp communicator, high ownership
Thrives in fast-paced, independent work
