About The Role
The Futures Repeat Volume Charter is the durability engine for CoinDCX’s F&O; business. While acquisition brings users in, this charter ensures they stay, deepen, and compound. You will own the entire M2+ lifecycle – from building long-term retention systems to growing repeat trading volumes and AVPU across the mature user base.
Beyond the core retention mandate,
this is also the charter that owns CoinDCX’s channel ecosystem and VIP segment for Futures. You will build and scale distribution through KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and Sub-Brokers, and personally own the relationship and volume strategy for VIP / Pro-Traders – the high-value segment that disproportionately drives category revenue.
As Senior Manager / Associate Director, you will operate as the GM for “mature Futures users.” You’ll combine deep retention thinking with commercial instinct – diagnosing churn, engineering stickiness, managing channel P&L;, and growing wallet share from the traders who matter most. This is the most commercially impactful charter in the Derivatives business.
This is a senior, high-autonomy role. If the situation demands, you will also build and manage a team to scale across retention, channels, and VIP programs.
