Director - Quality
Strategic Leadership
Direct and oversee the quality function for claims operations
Work with the Operations Leader in establishing standardized policies and procedures for the administration of insurance claims related to leave absence
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Quality Assurance
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to enhance claims handling efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor claims processing, review outcomes, and identify areas for improvement.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality gaps.

Performance Metrics
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to claims quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
Analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Staff Development:
Provide expert guidance and consultation to staff on complex claims scenarios.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and skilled growth.

Stakeholder Communication
Collaborate with senior management, underwriters, and other departments to align quality goals.
Communicate quality-related updates and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.

Risk Management:
Mitigate risks associated with claims processing errors, fraud, and non-compliance.
Implement preventive measures and corrective actions.

Budgeting and Resource Allocation:
Develop and manage budgets for quality assurance programs.
