The AS400 Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications on the IBM i/AS400 platform. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in AS400 technologies and robust analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and high‑quality technical solutions.
Job Description:
7–14 years of hands-on AS400 development experience with proven delivery of complex projects.
Strong expertise in RPG/LE, COBOL/400, CLP/CLLE, SQL, DB2/400 and AS400 tooling ecosystem.
Practical exposure to Agile/Scrum and Waterfall models, with solid experience using JIRA.
Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently.
High level of ownership, customer focus, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
