Role Overview:
Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein are two of the world’s most iconic premium brands, and Arvind is bringing their digital businesses to life in India. This is a rare 0-to-1 mandate: build and scale the .com businesses for both brands from the ground up. The Business Head – TH+CK.com owns the combined digital P&L; for both brands end-to-end — revenue, customer acquisition and retention, contribution margin, and a premium customer experience worthy of these labels.
This is a builder’s role, not a caretaker role. The Business Head will stand up both storefronts and apps, define the premium digital playbook, and scale two businesses from launch to meaningful revenue — while enhancing the brand equity and price integrity that premium labels demand. It requires a commercial operator who can own a P&L;, build teams and systems from scratch, and run performance marketing, retention, and site merchandising for a premium audience where full-price discipline matters more than discount-led volume.
This is not a scale-and-optimise role.
