About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business acquisition and manage strategic relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and key business decision-makers across mid-sized and large enterprises. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise IT sales, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to identify, develop, and close high-value opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and acquire new enterprise customers across reputed mid-sized and large organizations.
Build and nurture relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CXOs, promoters, directors, and other key decision-makers.
Drive new business opportunities and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual Order Booking (OB) targets.
Develop and execute account plans to maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing customers.
Collaborate closely with internal sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Analyze key accounts,



monitor customer requirements, and identify growth opportunities.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support business strategy.
Ensure weekly and monthly sales KPIs are achieved.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and customer information using CRM tools.
Adhere to organizational policies and management systems, including Quality, Information Security, Privacy, IT Service Management, and other compliance frameworks.
Participate in organizational training, risk assessment initiatives, and contribute to departmental objectives.

Required Skills & Experience
4 to 8 years of experience in Enterprise IT Sales, Data Center, Cloud, Managed Services, or Digital Infrastructure solutions.
Strong experience in hunting current accounts and managing strategic enterprise relationships.
Demonstrated success in engaging with CIOs, CTOs, and senior business leaders.
