Job Scope :

Senior Business Analyst & Automation Lead

The Senior Business Analyst & Automation Lead will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of assigned projects. This role bridges business needs and technology solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with enterprise architecture and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
Ensure system solutions align with defined business processes and compliance standards.
Drive quality assurance activities to ensure solution accuracy, performance, and reliability.
Lead enterprise business, application, and integration architecture initiatives.
Plan, manage, and deliver projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time and on-specification delivery.
Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive project documentation.
Act as a technical expert and consultant for project-related matters across teams.
Maintain continuous written and verbal communication with internal teams and stakeholders.
Monitor project risks,



dependencies, and issues, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
Participate in risk assessment processes and contribute to departmental and management system objectives.
Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout the personal data lifecycle.
Undertake mandatory and role-specific training as required from time to time.

Proven experience across the complete end-to-end project delivery lifecycle.
Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet strict deadlines.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (mandatory).
Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and quality assurance practices.

Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of Data Center, IT infra
