Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical, execution-focused, and entrepreneurial Strategy Associate to work closely with the E-commerce leadership team. This is a high-ownership generalist role for someone who enjoys solving business problems, working with data, driving cross-functional initiatives, and translating strategy into execution.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable building dashboards, analysing business performance, coordinating with multiple teams, and leading strategic projects from ideation to implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Business Strategy & Growth

⁠ Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive revenue,



profitability, and customer growth.
⁠ ⁠Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis to identify business opportunities.
⁠ ⁠Prepare business cases, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.
⁠ ⁠Support annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.

Business Analytics

⁠ ⁠Track and analyse key business metrics across traffic, conversion, revenue, customer acquisition, retention, and profitability.
⁠ ⁠Build reports and dashboards to monitor business performance.
⁠ ⁠Identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring intervention.
⁠ ⁠Translate data into actionable insights for decision-making.

Cross-functional Program Management

⁠ ⁠Coordinate with Category, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, Customer Experience, and Retail teams to drive strategic initiatives.
