Role & responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with direct clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent.
Specialize in IT recruitment (software engineers, developers, cloud, data, infrastructure, etc.) while also handling Non-IT roles as required.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
Evaluate technical profiles with a strong understanding of IT technologies.
Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Collaborate with hiring managers to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Preferred candidate profile
Any bachelors degree
3-6 years of total recruitment experience.
70-80% experience in IT hiring and 20% in Non-IT hiring.
Experience in niche non-IT hiring (Linguist, Data Scientist, Hardware and Firmware Engineering roles).
Solid exposure to direct client interaction (not just through implementation partners).
Solid understanding of IT technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, etc.).
Excellent sourcing skills using sourcing tools Dice, Monster and LinkedIn
Strong negotiation skills.
Knowledge of recruitment analytics and ATS tools.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
