Entrust is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Data Scientist/Analyst to join our Marketing Analytics team. This critical role will be instrumental in transforming our data landscape and elevating our analytical capabilities. Responsibilities
As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data using statistical and machine learning models, providing valuable insights, and driving data-driven decision-making processes.
Your initial and most crucial responsibility will be to architect and implement a unified, end-to-end view of the customer journey. This involves:




Data Consolidation: Identifying, extracting, transforming, cleansing and integrating data from a multitude of disparate sources, including but not limited to Salesforce, Oracle, various marketing automation platforms, webinar systems, other legacy systems and website analytics.
Navigating Complexity: Addressing the inherent complexities of data fragmentation due to multiple acquisitions, including reconciling different system definitions, data structures, and business rules.
Holistic Journey Mapping: Developing a comprehensive view of every customer and prospect interaction and touchpoint across all integrated systems.
From there, you will lead the charge in advancing our analytics function to the next level by:
Developing Advanced Analytics: Implementing and applying advanced analytical techniques, including predictive modeling, to uncover actionable insights and optimize marketing performance.
