Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Backend Developer with 10+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade backend applications using Java technologies. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, GCP, and SQL, with proven leadership capabilities in delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop enterprise solutions using Java/J2EE following multi-tier architecture principles.
Develop scalable applications using Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.
Build and maintain cloud-native applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with AWS or Azure is an added advantage.
Design and implement RESTful APIs, Web Services, and Microservices with knowledge of API Management Gateways.
Develop and optimize database solutions using Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of NoSQL databases is desirable.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle, Nexus, SONAR, and Rundeck.
Ensure security best practices throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including secure coding standards.
Analyze user stories, provide effort estimates, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Lead a team of 10–15 developers in designing, developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications.
Mentor team members by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and troubleshooting support.
Participate throughout the project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to production support.
Collaborate effectively in Agile and Scaled Agile development environments.
Quickly adapt to emerging technologies and contribute to digital transformation initiatives.
