Must-Have - Required Skills & Experience

Develop , configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other modules as required.
Design and implement workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
Create and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and other integration methods.
Work on ServiceNow development activities such as scripting, UI/UX enhancements,



and data imports.
Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high-quality code delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing ServiceNow implementations.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
Content Management: - developing the ESS page.
UI Actions / UI policy / Access Control Lists, etc.
Writing various Server-side scripts like Script Includes, Business Rules etc.
