Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end redesign of HR processes across the employee lifecycle to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using data, feedback, and operational metrics
Conduct process reviews, identify root causes, and implement sustainable improvements
Reduce cycle times, errors, rework, and off-system/ad hoc requests across core HR processes
Build reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into performance and improvement opportunities
Partner with regional People Ops, COEs, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and lead change management efforts
Establish and drive global process standards, templates, and documentation across People Operations
Identify and implement automation opportunities using Oracle HCM, ServiceNow (HRSD), and other digital tools
Partner with HRIS and HRIT teams to prioritize and deliver system enhancements and process improvements
Drive adoption of HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
models and self-service solutions to reduce manual work and improve user experience.
Qualifications
Preferred Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred
Preferred Experience
10-14+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Service Delivery (HRSD) environments
Proven track record in process improvement, redesign, or operational transformation initiatives within HR
Hands-on experience or exposure to Oracle HCM and/or ServiceNow HRSD or similar platforms
Strong understanding of case management, service delivery models, and self-service frameworks in HR
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Ability to influence stakeholders and lead change across global, matrixed environments
