As an Video Editor/Motion Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process from concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality video content that aligns with our brand objectives. In addition, you will utilize your intermediate editing skills to create visually appealing and engaging videos. While not mandatory, the ability to confidently appear on camera for acting purposes is a valuable bonus.

Expected Responsibilities:
Robust understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, and visual storytelling.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
Proficiency creating Rive, Lottie animations for web and mobile applications. Experience in creating interactive and state-based animations.




Experience with AI creative tools such as Runway, Kling, Midjourney, or similar.
Ability to design smooth UI animations, micro-interactions, and motion systems for digital products.
Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual design sense.
Ability to convert static designs into engaging, performance-optimized motion graphics.
Understanding of branding, visual identity, and digital-first design.

Expected Skills:
Proven experience as an Associate - Video Editor/Motion Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of produced videos.
Proficiency in operating video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio devices.
Intermediate-level video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Familiarity with Figma and design handoff workflows.
Knowledge of animation optimization for web and mobile platforms.
Basic sound design & motion syncing.
